Long in retirement, our old pals Rocky the Flying Squirrel and Bullwinkle J. Moose were living a quiet life in Frostbite Falls, Minnesota, barely surviving on residual checks from their old cartoons, and missing the good old days... Meanwhile, our old enemies, Fearless Leader and his infamous spies Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale, managed to escape their pathetic TV existence. By striking a deal with Hollywood, all three have broken free of cartoon conventions and are now real, live bad guys! And, of course, they are planning to take over the world. But not before FBI Agent Karen Sympathy plucks Rocky and Bullwinkle out of retirement and sets them on a zany and hilarious ride from cartoon reruns to a brave, new live-action world!
